Conformity and evidence for HR teams

DDG and GDPR are legal duties, not badges you can buy. This page states what is public on the site and which internal documents we share with HR on request — without a public registry check.

Statutory duties

What must be public on the website

Legal notice under § 5 DDG

Provider identification, contact, representation, and liability. The Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz replaced the former TMG — the content remains checkable on the imprint page.

Privacy policy under the GDPR

Transparency on purposes, legal bases, retention, recipients, and data-subject rights (Art. 12–14, 15–21 GDPR). Not a certificate — an ongoing legal duty.

Evidence on request

Internal documents with no public register

The following files are held internally or compiled for HR. They are deliberately not verifiable via an online seal — we send copies or extracts after a legitimate request, for example before granting leave.

Record of processing activities

Internal Art. 30 GDPR register for the lead form, consultation, and employer PDFs. No public database.

TOM documentation

Technical and organisational measures under Art. 32 GDPR: access, storage, deletion, processors. HR receives a short version on request.

Processor agreements

Signed DPAs with hosting and messaging providers. Contract files, not a public directory.

Liability insurance confirmation

Current confirmation of commercial liability cover. Insurers do not offer a public lookup for third parties.

Instructor qualification file

Training and CPD records for seminar leads. Originals stay internal; certified copies go to HR.

On-site safety and hygiene concept

First aid, emergency routes, and hygiene rules at the Gran Canaria venue. An internal operating concept, not a consumer seal.

Educational-leave recognition letters

Written state notices or recognition packs per federal state. Not findable in a consumer search — we attach them for the employer.

Deletion and retention concept

Retention periods for leads, consent records, and correspondence. Internal procedure, shared as an overview on request.

No paid seals without a checkable certificate

We do not display ISO, TÜV, Trusted Shops, or IHK marks unless a verifiable certificate number exists. Those marks are easy to check online — an unsupported badge would be misleading. We document duties and internal evidence instead.

Tell us the federal state and the format you need. We send the matching extracts with no booking obligation.
