Yoga for posture and breath, plus guided dance: rhythm, coordination and partner movement. Programme details will be finalised with the local dance school.
You practise presence, coordination and pace — transferable to teamwork and peak load at work.
Hotel, meals, and flights are not included.

Learning objectives
Follow simple choreographies and rhythm tasks independently and hold them in the group.
Slow breath and pace on purpose when the load rises — in movement and at the desk.
Lead, follow and name boundaries clearly in partner tasks.
Transfer presence and coordination to professional situations with time pressure and teamwork.
Agenda
Two or three blocks per day, together at least six 45-minute teaching units, as required by the German state Bildungsurlaub laws. Times are indicative. The programme can be adjusted on request and to suit the group, weather and tides; the daily minimum scope is maintained.

Class formats
All movement formats are designed for beginners with no prior experience. Outdoor, padel, climbing, dance and fasting units are delivered with local specialists.
Structured morning block: asana sequence for strength, mobility and focus with breath and mobility segments — beginner-friendly, no acrobatic postures. On the rooftop or on Las Canteras beach.
Led by Sasha Ilina
Input lecture with working session: stress axis, recovery capacity, warning signs and protective factors. Linked to work organisation and leadership.
Auszeit seminar team
Calm early-evening practice on Las Canteras beach: gentle movement, breath and recovery to close the day. All levels — the format Sasha teaches publicly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Led by Sasha Ilina
Guided block on rhythm, coordination and simple choreography — beginner-friendly, barefoot or in trainers. Partner, exact venues and the style (contemporary, Afro, social dance) are confirmed before the seminar week.
External specialist
Long-held passive postures to unload fascia and the nervous system. Focus on hips, back and shoulders.
Led by Sasha Ilina
Linking pulse, step and breath: how load feels in the body and how to slow the pace on purpose — transferable to the working day.
Led by Sasha Ilina
Simple partner tasks: lead and follow, eye contact, naming boundaries. Not a couple-dance class; the focus is coordination and trust in the group.
External specialist
Building a personal plan: micro-breaks, movement and breathing routines, calendar boundaries. Ends with a written commitment.
