Daily structure of the 5-day turnus

    Structured asana sequence for strength, mobility and focus — beginner-friendly, no acrobatic postures. On the rooftop or on Las Canteras beach.

    Input lecture with working session: stress axis, recovery capacity, warning signs and protective factors. Linked to work organisation and leadership.

    Breathing techniques to regulate the stress response: extended exhale, alternate-nostril, box breathing — with direct application at the desk.

    Guided self-reflection on stressors and resources on El Confital beach: 40 minutes cacao ritual and meditation, 20 minutes journaling, 60 minutes heart-opening yoga. Basis for the personal transfer plan.

    Calm 19:00 evening practice on Las Canteras beach: gentle movement, breath and recovery to close the day. All levels — the format Sasha teaches publicly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

    Movement-therapy exercises for neck, shoulders and lower back. 10–15-minute micro-sequences for office breaks.

Certified yoga and movement-therapy instructor · Course lead and on-site coordinator

Sasha teaches Hatha Vinyasa yoga in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria — weekly on Las Canteras beach, evenings at sunset and Saturday mornings. She specialises in beginners: clear instruction, no acrobatic postures, a calm setting. Alongside the open classes she runs community formats such as “Yoga & Brunch” and “Yoga & Aperitivo” and cacao ceremonies on El Confital beach, and her YouTube channel IKIYOGA offers more than 180 free sessions on yoga, mobility, posture and meditation. In the Auszeit seminars she leads the movement, breath and mindfulness units and coordinates the week on site: timetable, venues and placement with vetted partners for hiking, surfing, padel (Carlos Calle / Padel Camp), climbing and fasting support.

Qualifications

  • Yoga Alliance certified teacher, 500 hours (RYT-500), Hatha Vinyasa — trained in Barcelona
  • Meditation studies at the International Meditation Centre, Chiang Mai
  • Movement therapy: mobility and posture training for back, shoulders and neck
