Most seminars take place in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria or its immediate surroundings — about 25 minutes from the airport, with accommodation in every price range. Some units (e.g. hiking or climbing) go out onto the island; the exact meeting point comes with your documents.

Learning objectives
Manage exertion on the trail independently: pace, breaks, hydration, weather and terrain.
Apply yoga and mobility sequences to prepare for and recover from physical exertion.
Use mindfulness in motion to regulate attention and transfer it into everyday work.
Describe the basics of Gran Canaria's geology, flora and protected areas.
Agenda
Two or three blocks per day, together at least six 45-minute teaching units, as required by the German state Bildungsurlaub laws. Times are indicative. The programme can be adjusted on request and to suit the group, weather and tides; the daily minimum scope is maintained.
