Structured asana practice, breathwork, and restorative routines focused on stress reduction and sustainable performance at work.
You learn to spot your stress patterns and practise self-regulation techniques for the working day.
Hotel, meals, and flights are not included.
Learning objectives
Recognise your own stress responses physically and regulate them with breath and movement techniques.
Perform a safe basic practice of Hatha Vinyasa, mobility and yin independently, without prior experience.
Integrate 5–15-minute routines into the working day and plan them in writing.
Explain the links between stress physiology, recovery and performance.
Agenda
At least six 45-minute teaching units per day, as required by the German state Bildungsurlaub laws. Times are indicative; sunset, tides and weather may shift individual units.

Class formats
All movement formats are designed for beginners with no prior experience. Outdoor, padel, climbing and fasting units are delivered with local specialists.
Structured asana sequence for strength, mobility and focus — beginner-friendly, no acrobatic postures. On the rooftop or on Las Canteras beach.

Input lecture with working session: stress axis, recovery capacity, warning signs and protective factors. Linked to work organisation and leadership.

Breathing techniques to regulate the stress response: extended exhale, alternate-nostril, box breathing — with direct application at the desk.

Guided self-reflection on stressors and resources on El Confital beach: 40 minutes cacao ritual and meditation, 20 minutes journaling, 60 minutes heart-opening yoga. Basis for the personal transfer plan.

Calm 19:00 evening practice on Las Canteras beach: gentle movement, breath and recovery to close the day. All levels — the format Sasha teaches publicly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
